VAT and onsite product pricing

Please note, that in accordance with UK and EU VAT laws the prices displayed are INCLUSIVE of UK VAT (Value Added Tax) and if the products are being shipped to an address outside the EU the VAT AMOUNT WILL BE REMOVED AT CHECKOUT.




In other words, BODYHEAT is shown as

US $86.25 RETAIL plus Shipping and Handling and US $69.00 WHOLESALE plus Shipping and Handling.

BUT if the order is being shipped to an address outside the EU (e.g Norway, Ukraine, USA etc) then VAT does not apply and the order is zero-rated as it is considered an export.

Thefore for all non-EU residents the price of the products at checkout and on your invoice will show as

$75 + Shipping and Handling RETAIL or
$60 + Shipping and Handling WHOLESALE.

I appreciate this is not how most US MLM companies display their prices, but this is the legal VAT compliant way to do it in the UK and EU and companies which do not display VAT-inclusive prices are technically breaking the law.
